Common Sense of the Body Episode 87 - Anger in the Stomach

2025October 16 -

The stomach is deeply involved in self-confidence and self-affirmation, and is also related to the digestive system such as the stomach, intestines, pancreas, spleen, and gallbladder.
The digestion and absorption of food also proceed in a clockwise direction along the flow of the intestines.
It takes time and energy.

The anger that comes to your stomach tries to block the flow and generates gas.
Undigested energy in a mental sense, something that doesn't go well, I can't be convinced, I don't feel angry, I'm irritable, I feel uneasy, etc.(gas)It can cause digestive disorders and blunt the brain's judgment due to gut-brain correlations.

Irritation and annoyance tend to accumulate little by little every day on a daily basis, so if you take time to eat and chew slowly and well, or drink hot water to support digestion and absorption, it seems that it will be easier to regain confidence if you can trust your stomach voice and your intuition.
The voice in your stomach may be a bug in your stomach, your intuition.
